Eight five-bedroom townhouses near the Meadows are now on sale.

Three-storey townhouses near the city center which are part of the transformation of the former Royal Hospital for Sick Children campus are now on the market.

The five bedroom homes on Millerfield Place range from 2,485 to 2,805 square feet with private gardens.

The sale prices range from £1.55 to £1.75 million. The first homes will be ready for occupation this autumn. A completed walk-through view home is now available for potential buyers to see by appointment.
